Body Back is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength + core work. We conclude with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge + head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness + physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation.

Body Back Membership includes unlimited workouts each week in a small group setting where coaches will work with you to ensure safety + strength.

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. Many women are concerned with how to blend exercise and pregnancy. We take the guesswork out and, the little cherry on top, connect you with other pregnant mamas in your neighborhood!

Stroller Barre is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.

Stroller Strides is a total fitness programs that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

MamaWell

Mama, we are expecting! Expecting a new program that is. MamaWell is 42 week online course filled with modern wisdom and whole body guidance for your personal journey into motherhood. Our custom course platform will take you through exactly how to move, what to eat, and how to best prepare for birth and beyond. MamaWell by FIT4MOM is the ultimate prenatal + postpartum wellness guide. Throughout the journey with us, you will learn how to nourish your body + spirit while gathering knowledge from our top prenatal + postpartum experts. MamaWell offers a full 42 weeks of exercise videos, birth preparation + nutritional guidance customized for each week of your pregnancy. We recommend attending our in-person Fit4Baby workouts in conjunction with MamaWell.
